What is NIA-114®?
NIA-114®, our skin superpower, was discovered over 35 years ago during biomedical research. This optimized form of Vitamin B3 is better than Niacinamide because it targets NAD. It’s clinically proven to strengthen the skin barrier, helping skin look and act younger, and it’s found in every StriVectin formula.
Are your products cruelty-free and paraben-free?
Yes, our products are cruelty-free, paraben-free, and PETA certified.
Can I use your products on other areas of my body?
We recommend using the products as directed in our instructions.
Do your products contain gluten?
Many of our products do NOT contain ingredients derived from commonly known sources of gluten, wheat, nuts, and soy. However, due to the wide range of raw materials and equipment used during the manufacturing of our products, we cannot confirm that our products are free from any traces of these substances. If you have specific questions or concerns regarding these substances and the ingredients contained in our formulas, please consult your physician. Due to the chance of there being even trace elements of gluten in our products, we can’t claim any products to be gluten-free. If we can help you with anything else, please let us know.
In what order should I apply your skincare products?
We recommend applying products in the following order: Cleanser, Mask, Toner, Eye Cream, Serum, Moisturizer, Neck Cream, SPF, Primer.
What is the shelf life of your products?
Our cosmetic products have a 3-year shelf life, with varying lengths of time after first use. To find this date, reference the POA (period after opening) on the product label: a jar symbol with a number followed by “M” to represent the number of months.
Does Strivectin ship to PO boxes?
Unfortunately, we do not ship to PO boxes at this time.
When will my order ship?
We try to get to orders as quickly as we receive them and in most cases fulfill orders within 2 business days, but please allow up to 5 business days for orders to be processed due to the extremely high volume of orders we are receiving. We are putting additional resources in place to reduce these delays and appreciate your very kind patience in the interim. Fulfillment times may vary during peak periods such as after/during product launches, holidays, and special promotions. Please make sure your billing and shipping information is 100% correct and matches the card you wish to use. We process and ship out all orders Monday through Friday, not including holidays. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information enclosed. Please note that it may take up to 24-48 hours for your tracking information to update.
Do your products have a fragrance?
Yes, our products do contain fragrance. Please check the ingredient lists for more information.

You can find detailed information about our most-loved ingredients in our Ingredient Glossary. If you’re looking for a full ingredient list of a specific product, this is listed on each product page. Please be aware though that ingredients may change or vary from time to time so be sure to reference the ingredient list on your product package for the most up-to-date formula information.
Can I use your products with my sensitive/acne-prone skin?
Yes, StriVectin products are for all skin types and tones. StriVectin products contain NIA-114®, an ingredient designed to strengthen the skin barrier, which allows our key ingredients to work most effectively on sensitive skin. They are also non-comedogenic, so it is safe to use on problem-prone skin. Individual results may vary; therefore, we recommend testing a small patch on the arm prior to product application on the face.
